How can I order downtime?
Downtime must be ordered in writing, according to the existing procedures. A short notice is sufficient, stating the beginning and end dates (or until it is revoked) of the downtime ordered by the employer. It is recommended that the employees be informed that during downtime, they will receive basic salary and will continue to receive social security benefits.
